Creamy Chili Shrimp Pasta

Full disclosure: I am not a fan of shrimp. Sea Food as a whole, actually. BUT my partner is so once in a while I bite the lobster and find a sea food recipe to try . This one came from Tasty but their original recipe was WAY too hot and salty for us, so I modified the proportions on my 2nd try and added corn starch to make the liquid more creamy and gravy-like. Enjoy!
