I should say right off the bat that I don’t eat spicy and I hate Guac. Haters gonna hate, that’s who I am. BUT the beauty of doing your own recipe is that you can adapt it to your taste and ignore mine like a dictator ignoring a pandemic.
Rolling the tortillas once filled really isn’t hard, but you need to know how to do it right or else you’ll be eating all over the place. So please check out this really short and easy how-to video, and in literally seconds you’ll be a pro!
Also, I’m just as eco-aware as the next dude so I understand not wanting to use tin foil; Parchment paper is a great alternative. If you find some kind of re-usable fabric-based wrapper, be sure to let me know!
Big Thanks for the inspiration to… Aw geez Rick I forget the name… It’s a Mexican take-out place… Anyway, my partner and I tried it for fun -neither of us are into Mexican food but we like to vary sometimes- and I liked the concept but absolutely disliked their take on it. So I tweaked it to my own taste and that’s what I’m posting here today.
