I keep bragging that my recipes are quite basic and easy, yet here I am telling that you may need to drain some yogurt in a cheesecloth all night. Sounds more complicated than it is, trust me, the results is very much worth it. And cheesecloth are usually found at the drugstore. No really, easiest place to find that.
