My mother and I seldom see eye to eye, except when it comes to her Stuffed Bell Peppers. As a kid, if she wanted 5 minutes of peace and quiet from me, this was her weapon of choice. She always did them with green peppers, but I found it to be just as awesome with red or orange. Never tried yellow. F*ck yellow and the horse he rode on!!
